B.F.Sc

It is a four years degree programme after 10+2 course with an intake capacity of 40 students every year. Ten percent of the seats are allotted to the students of other states under ICAR quota. Candidates who have passed in +2 examination are eligible for admission. Reservations for seats in different categories are made as per ten norms of Government of Tamilnadu. The pattern of instruction is semester course credit system as followed by ICAR throughout India. The programme has a duration of four academic years including a Study Tour of 21 days. An academic year consists of two semesters each having 110 instructional days and the final year is exclusively devoted for training. An enrolled student in order to get a degree should earn an OGPA of 5 out of 10 for all the courses completed in the University. The curricular activities are planned and monitored with the assistance of Student’s coordinators and counsellors.
